On January 5, 2016, the Redemptorists were joined in Philadelphia at their National Shrine of St. John Neumann by Archbishop Charles Chaput to celebrate the feast day of their beloved confrere, St. John Neumann. On Saturday, December 19th, the Redemptorists celebrated the opening of two "Holy Doors" at their National Shrine of St. John Neumann in Philadelphia, PA. The doors were designated by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia as doors through which pilgrims might pass during the Jubilee Year of Mercy to receive special indulgences.
